The two operating conditions have completely different requirements for engine durability, load design, and overall configuration. 1. Common power supply unit (main power supply, no mains power support)
Mines, field construction sites, remote mining areas, islands, oil and gas fields, and off grid industrial parks do not have stable mains electricity, and the units operate continuously for 24 hours, with an annual operating time of over 6000 hours. 2. Natural Gas Generator set (CNG/LNG, green fixed plant area)
Adaptation scenarios: factories, farms, distributed power stations, and commercial backup power sources in urban areas with pipeline natural gas, biogas, and coalbed methane supporting facilities.
Advantages: Clean combustion without particles, low noise, suitable for indoor computer room layout; Fuel costs are 20% to 30% lower than diesel; No DPF or urea system, easy maintenance.
Shortcoming: Relying on fixed gas stations/pipelines, unable to use in outdoor gas supply scenarios; LNG storage tanks in low-temperature environments are prone to frost formation, and start-up auxiliary devices are essential.

3. Methanol generator set (low-carbon versatile type, preferred for overseas mines/oil fields)

Advantages: Liquid fuel storage and transportation are the same as diesel, without the need for high-pressure gas tanks; Emissions are much better than diesel, NOx、 Significant reduction of particulate matter, easily passing strict global emission regulations; The cost of electricity per kilowatt hour is reduced by 35% to 45% compared to diesel; The alcohol resistant and anti-corrosion oil circuit design ensures stable operation at high altitudes and low temperatures.

1. Count all electricity loads and distinguish load types
The starting impact of resistive loads (lighting, heaters) is small; The starting current of inductive loads such as motors, water pumps, and welding machines is 2-3 times the rated current, and a starting margin must be reserved when calculating the total power; Precision instruments and server rooms require low harmonic voltage stabilization configuration.

2. Power reduction compensation for environmental working conditions
