Methanol Engine uses M100 methanol clean energy,and adopts multiple advancedtechnologies such as intake turbocharging intercooling,theoretical air-fuel ratio closed-loop control,cooling EGR system,three-way catalytic converter,etc,creating excellent performance ofthis engine with high performance,low fuel consumption,high reliability,and lowemissions.
New Design:A new roof style cylinder head is designed to improve theengine's thermal efficiency,while adopting a high compression ratio,high-energy ignition,and high roll flow combustion chamber structure.At the same time,theairway and timing mechanism are optimized,and technologies such as intaketurbocharging and intercooling are used to make combustion more efficient andpower stronger;
Low fuel cost:Adopting advanced technologies such as theoretical air-fuelratio closed-loop control and multi-point fuel injection to optimize combustion,the engine has better fuel economy,low operating costs,and extremely highcost-effectiveness.Compared to diesel engines,it can save 31.4%in fuel economy;
Reliable quality:Adhere to the development concept of high quality,from the technical route CAE analysis and experimentalverification are considered frommultiple dimensions to ensure reliable product quality,B10 has a lifespan of≥1.5million kilometers;
Ultra low emissions:Methanol is recognized as a clean energy source.Compared to conventional fuels such as gasoline and diesel,methanolcombustion is more complete and thorough,and its emissions include CO HC and NOx emissions have significantly decreased,with a reduction of ≥87% and noparticulate emissions.
