There are many types of Generator sets on the market, which are divided into multiple categories according to their operating purposes, power ranges, cooling structures, and protective forms. 3、 Select cooling and protection forms based on environmental conditions

Diesel generator sets are divided into two mainstream structures: water-cooled and air-cooled, which are suitable for completely different usage scenarios. Water cooled generator sets rely on coolant circulation for heat dissipation, stable temperature control, and lower noise. This solution is commonly used in high-power units and is suitable for factory rooms and long-term continuous operation projects. There are significant differences in the requirements for voltage stability and waveform quality of generator sets under different electrical loads. Ordinary lighting and resistive loads can be met by basic standard models; Power loads such as electric motors and air compressors have strict requirements for voltage drop. It is recommended to pair them with generator sets with excellent voltage regulation performance; For power supply of precision instruments and communication equipment, priority should be given to models with permanent magnet excitation and multiple voltage stabilization protection.
