Marine alcohol hydrogen Generator set

The FARIZON alcohol hydrogen electric ship power solution is a modular Clean energy system designed specifically for ships of 1000 to 15000 tons. The core adopts an intelligent hybrid configuration of 280kW level T alcohol hydrogen Fuel cell stack and high-energy density battery, supporting 750V DC/380V AC dual bus voltage. The system achieves linear expansion of power from 560kW to 4.2MW by flexibly increasing or decreasing the number of fuel cell modules, perfectly adapting to the needs of different tonnage ships such as inland cargo ships and coastal ferries.

The innovative energy management algorithm can dynamically adjust the mixing ratio of alcohol hydrogen fuel and battery, with a range of 800-1200 kilometers (depending on load conditions) and a 90% reduction in carbon emissions compared to traditional diesel power. The integrated intelligent diagnostic system monitors the health status of fuel cells in real time, and the protection level of key components reaches IP68. It has been certified by DNV-GL classification society and has become an ideal choice for global green shipping transformation.
