Microgrid serves as core independent power supply for remote mines, island zones, off-grid industrial parks, construction sites and charging stations, solving unstable grid power supply or complete power shortage troubles. Traditional single Diesel Generator sets face obvious drawbacks including high Fuel consumption, big emission fluctuation and poor peak shaving ability when load changes sharply, while pure photovoltaic or wind power microgrids are restricted by weather and cannot output stable power around the clock.

FARIZON launches mature diesel Generator hybrid microgrid solution which organically combines FARIZON high-efficiency diesel genset, lithium energy storage system, PV power generation and intelligent EMS management platform, forming source-storage-load integrated hybrid power supply mode to fix pain points of single power source microgrid and satisfy continuous stable power demand of various off-grid projects. In power equipment configuration, core power unit adopts FARIZON self-developed industrial-grade Diesel Engine matched with high-efficiency synchronous alternator, covering power range from 50kW to 2000kW, optimized combustion chamber and high-pressure fuel injection structure cut fuel consumption by 12%~18% compared with conventional common gensets, reaching international Tier3 emission standard, stable startup under -30℃ low temperature and high temperature above 50℃ harsh environment, long continuous running performance suitable for long-time standby and peak shaving; the energy storage cabinet is set as buffer module between New Energy and diesel unit, absorbing surplus electricity generated by photovoltaic in sunny days and releasing stored power during power drop caused by cloudy weather or night blackout, effectively reduce frequent start-stop of Diesel Engines and lower unit wear. The core intelligent EMS control system is the brain of whole hybrid microgrid, realizing automatic switching among PV, storage battery and diesel genset via real-time collection of load data, new energy output data and battery SOC value, when PV output can fully support load requirement, system shuts down diesel unit and runs on clean photovoltaic power solely; when photovoltaic power is insufficient, storage battery discharges preferentially to make up power gap; only when battery remaining capacity falls to set threshold, FARIZON diesel genset automatically starts for supplementary power supply, avoiding frequent fluctuation of unit operation brought by random load change and new energy instability.

Different from single diesel generation and pure new energy microgrid, FARIZON hybrid microgrid greatly cuts comprehensive fuel cost, project operators can save 25%~40% annual fuel expense, meanwhile extend diesel engine service life by reducing invalid idle and frequent start-stop frequency, reduce maintenance frequency and after-sales cost; whole system supports off-grid independent operation and grid-connected dual modes, modular containerized layout shortens field installation cycle greatly, pre-assembled inside container for dustproof, rainproof and shockproof protection, convenient transportation and quick put into use on site.
